Welcome to the Website for Quito v. Goodfellow Civil Corp. et al. Proposed Class Action Settlement

You may be eligible for a payment from a class action settlement relating to your employment with Goodfellow Civil Corp. and/or related entities.

A Washington State Superior Court authorized this website.

An applicant for employment, Anthony Quito (“Plaintiff” or “Class Representative”), filed a lawsuit against Goodfellow Civil Corp.; Goodfellow Construction, Inc.; Goodfellow Bros. Constructors, LLC; Goodfellow Bros. Guam, LLC; Goodfellow Bros. LLC; Goodfellow Equipment, LLC; Goodfellowbros. Palau, Inc.; and Blasting Technology, Inc. (“Defendants”) on behalf of himself and a class of similarly situated applicants for employment. The lawsuit, Quito v. Goodfellow Civil Corp. et al., Case No. 25-2-15363-1 KNT (the “Lawsuit”) is pending in King County Superior Court before Judge John McHale. Plaintiff claimed in the lawsuit that Defendants’ job postings for open positions in Washington did not disclose the wage scale or salary range and/or general description of benefits being offered in violation of Washington law. Defendants dispute Plaintiff’s claims and contend they have not violated any law and Plaintiff’s claims are without merit.

The Court still has to decide whether to approve the settlement. No settlement benefits or payments will be provided unless the Court approves the settlement and it becomes final.
